October 22, 2019 – San Diego, CA – Carlsbad Charitable Foundation (CCF), an affiliate of The San Diego Foundation, today announced a call for Letters of Intent for its 2020 grantmaking. In its 13th grant cycle, CCF will invest in innovative projects that advance the quality of life for Carlsbad residents in a meaningful, measurable and sustainable way.
CCF will prioritize applications that focus on health and human services, arts and culture, environmental sustainability, and technological innovation. Eligible nonprofit organizations may submit a Letter of Intent for projects ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. Additionally, projects should be practical, achievable within a 12-month time frame, and have prospects for long-term sustainability. Application guidelines are available here.
After the CCF review process, organizations will be notified in early January whether they have been selected to submit a formal application. Formal applications will be due by February 6, 2020.
